We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure we can provide the best service to all our clients we have a 24 hour cancelation policy.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancelations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a charge of the full ammount of the service.
If you do not show up for your appointment without any notice, the full service fee will also be charged.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be considered a no-show.

You may return any salon product for a refund within 3 days of purchase. Products must be returned in their original , unused condition. Products that have been opened or used are not eligivel for a refund due to hygiene and safety reasons. We reserve the right to refuse a return if we suspect the policy is being taken advantage of, such as repeated returns or misuse of products.

Often lucury hair appointments can last 2-3+ hours for a color refresh, highlight, glaze and blowout. Most spa services range from 30-90 minutes. If you have any concerns regarding duration of appointments, please feel free to contact with your stylist or esthethician in advance.

Pricing is based on service and amount of hair, not age. We do not offer discounted pricing for kids.
Any service that requires use of shears, regardless of the amount of hair being cut, is considered a haircut and will be charged as one.
A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule any appointment. We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or make any changes to an appointment. In the case that 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation / rescheduling, your credit card will be charged 100% of the service that was scheduled. No call / no shows will be charged 100% of the service that was scheduled.
APPOINTMENTS WILL NOT BE BOOKED UNLESS A CREDIT CARD IS ON FILE.
WellSoul does not offer refunds on any services. If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within a week of the service and we will do our best to accomodate you and come to a solution.
Although we are huge animal lovers, and we do love kids - for the enjoyment of your salon experience and the relaxation of other guests, children and animals are not permitted in the salon. If your childcare arrangements unexpectedly change, please notify the salon at your earliest convenience and we will do your best to accomodate your needs in the best way available. Children over 12 may receive services at full price.
